Overview

Smart Photo Gallery is a photo gallery maker. It is intended to be used when a large set of pictures needs to be published easily on the Internet. Smart Photo Gallery is meant to be very easy to use and require very little amount of setup. The publication of pictures is done simply by copying pictures inside a directory on the server and organizing them. Smart Photo Gallery covers the following features:

• Scans directories to create the dynamic list of published pictures
• When pages are queried to the web servers, thumbnail images are created on the fly and cached in a temporary directory
• Images can be viewed using different dimensions. Currently, full, big, medium and small sizes are available. Resized images are also created dynamically and cached by the system.
• The generated html can be customised to change/adapt layout of the photo gallery.
